This article discusses legal regulation of the possible mortgage in executive legislation. The norms of the Law of Georgia "On Enforcement Proceedings" regulate the basics and features of the use of forced mortgage measures. Forced mortgage is the most popular institution of securing demand, which makes the problem related to mortgage more interesting and relevant. This article is related to enforcement measures and the discussed topics will help the reader to have a clear idea about the legal aspects of enforcement, its role and importance in legislation. Studies of the mentioned issue will help us to compare the topics under consideration with the existing legislation and practice in other countries, which will allow us to present clearly the legal analysis of forced mortgage. The article will give a clear idea to the reader about the importance of this institution in Georgian law.
